Instructions
Whisk ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1½ tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt, ½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, and ¼ teaspoon table salt together in a small bowl until smooth.
Store in the fridge in a Mason jar.
Notes
1. Makes 5 servings/2 tablespoons each.2. You may substitute regular nonfat yogurt, but the finished product will have a thinner consistency.
