Brown 1 pound ground beef in a large pot. Drain excess fat if necessary. Add 1 medium onion, chopped and cook until softened.
Stir in 3 10.75 oz cans minestrone soup, 2 15 oz cans Ranch-style beans, 1 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes, 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, 2 cubes beef bouillon, and 4 cups water. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
