Low-Calorie Balsamic Salad Dressing with Greek Yogurt
This creamy low-calorie salad dressing combines Greek yogurt, balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard for big flavor with only 53 calories per serving.
½tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil - (or avocado or canola oil)
¼teaspoon(¼teaspoon)table salt
Instructions
Whisk ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1½ tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt, ½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, and ¼ teaspoon table salt together in a small bowl until smooth.
Store in the fridge in a Mason jar.
